Quality starts with defining the requested item and its intended application. Part numbers, platform configuration, required standards and the document set should be reviewed together. Our published sourcing approach places technical compatibility, traceability and documentation control at the centre of that assessment.
Reference & compatibility
Review the OEM reference or NSN alongside the vehicle variant and technical specification. A reference identifies the requested item; compatibility still depends on the exact platform configuration.
Origin & traceability
Define the origin and traceability information required by the procurement. Discuss supplier documentation, item identification and any batch or serial references applicable to the component before agreeing the supply scope.
Documentation review
List the acceptance documents and standards required for the item, including any CoC or safety data sheet. Confirm their scope and availability with our team. Company certification and product-specific evidence serve different purposes.
